PiYo

PiYO is the newest program by fit mom and motivational speaker, Chalene Johnson. After creating other amazing programs such as Turbo Jam, Turbo Fire, and Chalene Extreme, she didn’t disappoint with PiYo.

PiYo is a pilates/yoga inspired workout that is low impact but will get you moving, sweating, toning up and dropping those pounds. No equipment is necessary for this program and all you need is your own body. The workouts range between 30-45 minutes and they just fly by. Her program also comes with a nutrition component and information on meal planning.

This workout program is great for beginners who are new to fitness or just getting back into it but also can be made more challenging for the more seasoned fitness enthusiast. I love this program.
