Well will I be able to eat and what will I be eating?

Will I be running to the bathroom all day long?
I know you were thinking it so I figured I would answer it. NO!! This is meant to be a gentle cleanse. Every time I’ve done this I’ve been able to go to work, travel away from my home and I even finished up the 3rd day on an 8 hour road trip in the car. So no need to worry about this one.
How often should I do the 3 day refresh?
Within moderation you could do this every other month. That’s generally what I will do as a way to reset my body or before I kickstart any new program
Will I be hungry?
Possibly. It is a lower calorie diet than what you may be used to but it’s rich in fiber and the protein will come from the vanilla refresh shake that you get to have twice a day.
How about exercise?
Because this is meant to be a cleanse for your body, exercise is not recommended. And if you must then it should be low to moderate intensity. This is a time for your body to detox and reset so it’s best to let your body do just that.

I am 6 months postpartum and I took the “after” picture the morning of day 3 because I was travelling and didn’t know if I would have a full length mirror to take a picture while on the road.
