How to make Zoodles

Do you love Zucchini but get bored of making it the same way over and over?

Or do you love pasta but want to find a way to have a lower card dinner some days?


I love zoodles. And now that I got a new spiralizer it makes even easier than ever to make them.

Personally I like to use 2 zucchinis at a time when I do this but you can use as few or as many as you’re like. Start by washing the zucchini and cutting off the end. Not the stem though. This will be used to hold your zucchini in place with the spiralizer.

Place the cut end onto the blade and the stem onto the spikey holder thing (I believe that’s the technical term)

Then spiralize away!! You should end up with quite a big pile of zoodles once you’re done

Heat a pan over medium heat and add 1tsp of the oil of your choice for every 2 zucchinis that you’ve spiralized. Add in zoodles and season with salt and garlic powder. Cook until the zoodles become translucent. Remove from the pan once they are done cooking so they don’t continue to cook and get soggy. Enjoy in place of your favorite pasta!
