After finishing up Day 1 I am LOVING it! As a women who loves to throw away some heavy weights this is what I’ve been looking for to change it up. Couple that with the meal plan and you’re ready to go!

Breakfast

2 eggs
1/4 avocado

Snack

1 scoop Shakeology
1/2 cup mixed berried
1/4 cup zucchini

Lunch

1 cup Romaine lettuce
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 cup shredded zucchini
4oz grilled chicken
1/4 cup quinoa
2 tbsps vinaigrette dressing

Dinner

Sagi Kalev’s signature meatballs
1/4 cup whole wheat pasta
1 cup grilled mixed veggies
2 tbsps organic pasta sauce

Snack

1 medium apple
1 tsp peanut butter
1 scoop Beachbody Chocolate Recover
