I have a sweet tooth like no other. But luckily I’ve been able to find ways to trick myself and find healthier versions of the things I love. I believe that life is about finding balance and not depriving yourself. You still have to be able to enjoy the things you love. Just in moderation! Try this out the next time you have that craving for something yummy
Chocolate banana peanut butter shake
-1 scoop chocolate Shakeology
-1/2 frozen banana
-1 spoonful Chocolate Dreams peanut butter-6 oz. unsweetened almond milk
-1/2 Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup
Toss all ingredients in a blender and then top with Reese’s!
